- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine tax and anti-money laundering law;
- Customer support correspondence: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer if the correspondence relates to a dispute or regulatory investigation;
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the marketing relationship and for two (2) years following withdrawal of consent;
