In the event of a dispute between you and fb011 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this section shall limit either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
